Due to the need for miniterisation many PCBs now utilise surface mount technology at Kasdon we have invested in equipment to allow us to place the most up to date components ranging from 0201 to 50mm QFP;s and BGA’s. Odd form components can also be assembled using laser guided placement

Stencil size capacity from DEK240 TO 249

Delivery from within 3 working days when necessary

Full functional test or 100% visual inspection

Small / Medium SMT assembly from either free issue or fully procured parts

Fully automated assembly line, capable of placing from 0201 to 50mm QFP using laser vision alignment
