Conventional Component Assembly

Due to component availability some PCB’s cannot use SMT, at Kasdon we have capability to assemble through hole PCB’s using a variety of methods to ensure quality and repeatability

These are the services we have available:-

Automatic component insertion of axial components for high volume

Automatic dual wave soldering using no clean flux or VOC free

Full functional test or 100% visual inspection

Build from free issue materials or Kasdon purchased components

Hand inserted components for Low / Medium volumes or Radial / Non standard parts

Trimming of component leads prior to soldering using Cropmatic for medium size batches

Error free assembly of PCB's using light guided CS-400C Contax cut and clinch machines is available for densely populated PCB's.
